Trabuxu Wine Bar - South Street - Valletta
Patron - Kris Fenech Soler, has been running Trabuxu for the past eight years and has revolutionised the Wine Bar industry in Malta. Trabuxu has since maintained high levels of service and besides the lovely atmosphere this is why Trabuxu is home to many Regulars.
Expect to find a wide array of Red, White & Rose Wines suitable for the Amateur or Experienced Wine Connoisseur, which may be accompanied by exquisite Cheese or Meat platters prepared by Stef, or for those who have a Sweet Tooth, some Delicous Home Made Cakes prepared by Krista or Martha.
Kris Fenech Soler and Edward Schembri also organise the "Strada Art and Wine Festival". This annual event completely transforms the upper part of Strait Street and a good part of South Street Valletta for 3 Days and 3 Nights. Strait Street is transformed into an open-air art gallery, outdoor seating, candles and fjakkoli blend with live music, a lively atmosphere and wine flowing by the gallons. The event takes place every August. Not to be missed !
